Greetings Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus!

Gratitude is a wonderful expression. It can help us change the way we think about certain situations. I have decided to make gratitude my central focus for November. We have so much to be grateful for because Father God has been so good to us.

Baby Kingdom

This year we are

grateful for our three new YoungLives’ babies named Kai'mer, Kamir, and Kingdom, and their teen moms. Also, one of the teen moms, Jaylee, gave her life to the Lord during summer camp! Praise the Lord! In addition, we are grateful for our generous donors and faithful volunteers & committee members. Among all the things to be grateful for, we stand in awe of Heavenly Father's generosity toward us.

His generosity reminds me of

the miracle of the loaves and fishes. To the natural eye, one would conclude that five loaves and two fish are not enough to feed 5,000 men plus women and children. But as we know, Jesus gave thanks for what was there, broke the loaves and handed them to His disciples. After they all ate and were satisfied the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. WOW! That amazes me! We serve a God that multiplies what we have so that when we give it to others, it's more than enough.

My challenge to you

in this month of gratitude is to ask the Lord what is your best year-end gift that He would have you give to YoungLives to help us finish out the year strong.
