Don’t miss your chance to improve your health as you save money.
As a member of the Partnership PPO or Wellness HealthSavings CDHP, by agreeing to take a few steps to fulfill your promise, you save money on premiums and medical costs. 
Follow these simple steps to fulfill your Partnership Promise.
Step 1: Complete your Well-Being Assessment™ by March 15, 2016.
You and your covered spouse (if applicable) need to complete this confidential online assessment by March 15, 2016. Don’t wait—get started now. 
Step 2: Get a biometric screening by July 15, 2016. 
You can complete this step either at an onsite screening event or with your physician. Go to and click on “Complete Your Biometric Screening” in the Quick Links box to get started. 
Answer the call from your coach.
You may be called by Healthways to enroll in coaching to help you decrease your health risks and reach your well-being goals. If you are called you must participate. Calls are private and scheduled at times that work for you. You’ll be working with a health professional – at no additional cost to you.

If you are contacted by BlueCross, Cigna or Magellan about Case Management you will need to participate. Case Management coordinates care for chronic conditions and/or catastrophic illness or injuries.

Keep your information up to date.
If your home address, phone number or email address changes, you must update your contact information with your employer (Head of Contract) or Healthways (covered spouse).
Check your Partnership Promise status.
Call 1.888.741.3390 and select option 1 to use the automated verification system.
