The following is the latest in a series of monthly messages from the RVR Master Association Board, called “A View From the Board.” The messages summarize recent Board decisions and discussions and are designed to bring RVR homeowners up to date on issues important to the community.

Dear River Valley Ranch Homeowners,
Warm greetings to each and every member of our esteemed community! As we approach summer, we also approach the upcoming elections for board members of the River Valley Ranch Homeowners Association. We want to take a moment to share with you the current "View From the Board" and encourage your active participation in shaping the future of our community.
First and foremost, we would like to express our gratitude for your continued support and involvement in the affairs of our homeowners association. Your active participation is what makes our community thrive, and it is our shared commitment to maintaining the beauty, harmony, and well-being of River Valley Ranch that drives us forward.
The Board of Directors plays a crucial role in the effective governance and decision-making processes of our association. It is through these individuals that we are able to address concerns, implement improvements, and ensure that our community remains a desirable place to live for each and every resident. As such, we are excited to announce the upcoming elections for board members.
We invite all interested homeowners who are passionate about the well-being of River Valley Ranch to consider submitting their name for board member candidacy. Serving on the board is a rewarding experience that allows you to actively shape the future of our community and make a positive impact on the lives of our fellow homeowners.
Our upcoming newsletters will give more important information on the election process, including timelines and processes for candidate submissions. We have three board seats that will be up this year. Those on the board with expiring terms will need to follow the same process as anyone else should they wish to run for re-election. The board members with expiring terms are: Todd Richmond, Ben Johnson, and Laura Hanssen.
We urge all homeowners to mark their calendars for the upcoming elections. Your vote is essential in ensuring that the board comprises individuals who represent your interests and actively work towards the betterment of our community. Voting will take place just prior to our annual meeting, and specific details regarding the voting process will be shared closer to the date.
We understand that your time is valuable, but we also recognize the immense value in your contributions. By joining the board or casting your vote, you are not only enhancing the community for yourself but also for your neighbors and future generations of homeowners in River Valley Ranch.
