Northwest Voices presents An Evening of Mystery & Magic with authors Paula Stokes, Sheryl Scarborough, and Tina Connolly Tuesday evening, April 24. 
The three authors will be discussing their young adult novels featuring teen detectives and teen witches. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and get books signed. You may even win a prize! Books will be available for purchase from Vintage Books. 
Paula Stokes's book Liar's Inc. will also be the focus of a teen book club on Tuesday, April 17. We have a limited number of free copies to give to teens who will be attending the book club. Ask at the Lower Floor Desk. 
All ages are invited to this author event, and teen readers are especially encouraged to attend!

Please join the Longview Library Foundation as it thanks its recent donors at a Sunday afternoon event featuring best-selling author Jamie Ford. 
Ford is the author of Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet, currently being developed into a film, and other Seattle-set historical novels. His most recent book, Love and Other Consolation Prizes, was published last November.
Celebrate the Arts is free and open to the public. Light refreshements will be provided. No other library services will be available at this event.

Each panel member will describe the department or organization they belong to and how it can help you with your business needs and then take questions from the audience. Open to the public and everyone is welcome to participate.

The Art of Ron Walker and Linda Eddleston

Artists Ron Walker and Linda Eddleston will be showing work in the Koth Gallery from April 2nd through April 27th. This show includes charcoal drawings of historical buildings, paintings of boats, and some prize-winning photos of beach scenes, flowers, and the fall season. Ron and Linda will also fill the Koth Gallery glass case with models of boats, architectural structures, vintage aircrafts, and unique teacups.
On April 11 from 6 PM until 7:30 PM, Ron and Linda will host a reception in the Koth Gallery with refreshments, a special video display of short films, and art prints for sale.
