The 2024 Montana Trifecta Weekend Race is now seeking volunteers.
Volunteer Shift Descriptions: Course Shifts: Managing obstacles and motivating competitors. You are our eyes and ears on the course! Festival & Registration: Assist with racer registration, bag check, start and finish line. Pre-Runner: Run the entire course before racers to make sure all signage/markings are intact. Sweep & Scrub: Follow behind the last racer, clearing course tape along the way. Kids Race: Assist the Kids Course Team with all Spartan Kids operations.
Volunteer Shift Hours: Half Day shifts are eight hours. Full Day shifts are twelve hours. Short shifts are four hours.
Group Donation Options: For Groups of 5 or more
- We offer additional volunteer gear and a $60 gift card to use towards our online Spartan merchandise.
- If the group is not interested in race credits we can offer a donation towards a school's athletic team, nonprofit, club, etc.
Local Business Options - If a local busines would like to have a booth in our festival area we would offer this in exchange for having at least 10 Full or Half Day volunteers both Saturday and Sunday to waive the regular fee for the booth. Important Note: This is for businesses looking to sponsor their brand. This cannot be for businesses looking to sell food and beverages.
