Drive it Home Experience

Dear Shaughnessy members,
In partnership with BMW Canada, we’re excited to launch the Drive it Home Experience for the first time at Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club. This experience will provide members aged 25 and older with the unique opportunity to bring home and test drive a BMW for up to 3 days. This unique experience will run until October 31, 2024 and is complimentary to Club members. We’re thrilled to provide a selection of models which include:

- 750e xDrive Sedan
- M8 Competition Cabriolet
- X7 M60i

Booking
Click here to book your vehicle. Enter your information, such as your first and last name, and valid email address. Select your vehicle, date and time of pick up & drop off. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided, containing a unique PIN required when picking up the vehicle.
Check-in and Pick Up

- Check-in at the Golf Shop on your reservation date.
- On the tablet located in the Golf Shop, select Pick Up and enter your PIN to bring up your reservation.

Complete the Vehicle Loan Agreement. Please note, each individual who will be driving the vehicle must be present to complete the Vehicle Loan Agreement and present their valid full class driver’s licence to a Golf Shop team member for verification.
| Vehicle Return
Return the car by your pre-selected return date and time. Complete the return process on the tablet located in the Golf Shop with your PIN and drop off the key with any of our Golf Shop staff.
Additional Notes:

- Minimum age: twenty-five (25) years of age or older
- Must have a valid full-class Driver’s Licence that will be validated at the Golf Shop during the pick-up process.
- Members will receive a confirmation via email of their scheduled experience and an email reminder in advance of the vehicle pick-up date.

Vehicle cannot be driven outside of Canada.
- The member will be responsible for refueling the vehicle during the experience period as required.
- Each member will have the opportunity to schedule one (1) BMW Drive It Home experience. At any time, you may add your name to the waitlist for another vehicle which is subject to availability.

Please remember that you are responsible for any toll charges and any incidentals while operating the vehicle.
