We offer 100% scholarships (up to $600) to cover registration costs for professional development opportunities such as conferences or workshops for Organizational Grant Program (OGP) and Arts Internship Program (AIP) grantees and the arts programming and administration staff of Community Impact Arts Grant (CIAG) grantee organizations. Your organization must be a current grantee in good standing in order to participate in the scholarship program.

- Participating staff must meet the eligibility requirements defined by organizational budget size.
- Benefits include up to 5 classes at the Center for Nonprofit Management or The Nonprofit Partnership per organization, and 5 scholarships (of up to $600) per organization every grant year. Please refer to your grant programs Exhibit B for a review of your current grant cycle timeline using the following links: OGP, AIP, and CIAG.
- As a reminder, municipal grantees are not eligible to enroll in nonprofit trainings.

Othering & Belonging conferences are dynamic and uniquely-curated gatherings that advance cutting-edge scholarship, narratives, movements, systems, and policies that support a fully inclusive "we." This year's conference will take place October 18-19 and be virtually accessible, and for the first time will include live-Spanish translation.
The theme this year is focused on the notion of risk. What would you be willing to risk to bridge across the deep rifts that characterize our world in order to join forces for good? Would you risk an uncomfortable conversation, pushback from your own "side," or the possibility of having to share limited resources? More importantly, what could you gain by moving from a politics of isolation to one of belonging? What could we all gain if we had the courage to bridge? And what could we lose if we don't? |

Nonprofit Management Certificate

Tomorrow’s nonprofit leaders will need to equip themselves to meet new challenges. This 6-session Nonprofit Management Certificate Program is designed to give mid-level nonprofit professionals the skills to address the challenges of a changing world.
The program will be informative, hands-on, draw on real-life examples from participants, and incorporate group and peer learning activities. Past participants have gone on to be senior leaders, executives, and board members. |

The Nonprofit Partnership Finance 101

A strong financial foundation is one of the keys to successful nonprofit management. Join us for an introduction to nonprofit finance that will help you gain an understanding of basic financial information including budgeting, cash flow, financial analysis, sharing with the board, and other issues that affect the running of a nonprofit. There will be hands-on breakout sessions to reinforce the lectures. Since this will be an interactive class, we will be able to discuss particular issues.
