Looks like we’re in for another toasty few days! When my kids need a break from the sun, I plan to crank up the fans, hand out extra popsicles and let them enjoy a relaxing show or two (bonus points if the show actually helps with real-life lessons!).

Even as we’re soaking up the end of summer, I’m starting to take steps toward a smooth start to the school year. Getting my kids involved in some of the daily prep and finding ways to keep my own stress levels in check are top of mind. Here’s to making the most of these sunny days and setting up for the season ahead.
