Dear valued friend and supporter,
Spring has sprung at the Duke Lemur Center! It's a great time of year to visit us.
Registration for the May public tours is open and we recommend making reservations well in advance. If you are a giving society member at the Lemur Champion level or higher, please reach out to me directly to schedule your complimentary weekday behind-the-scenes visit.Â
We hope you will join us on Earth Day via Zoom for an update from Executive Director, Greg Dye. More information is shared below.
Thanks so much for your support, and wishing you and your family a wonderful spring!
Warm regards,

2025-2026 Duke Presidential Award |
On March 17, the Duke Lemur Center proudly accepted a 2025–2026 Presidential Award from Duke University President Vincent Price—one of the highest honors on campus. We even captured our first full staff photo in years for the ceremony, complete with plush lemurs standing in for the real stars who couldn’t join us outside the Borruel Center.
