Alumni are invited back to the Prep for Homecoming on Friday, September 12. Festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. with our Homecoming Tailgate sponsored by the Alumni Association, Dads Club, and Mothers Association. Have a burger, hot dog, water, and chips before the Braves kick-off at 7:30 p.m. against Guerin Catholic. Dress in your best Brebeuf gear and join us!

High School Hustle Awards

Brebeuf's young entrepreneurs were recognized for their achievements at the High School Hustle awards ceremony alongside alumni mentors Tom Green ’10 and Gabrielle Rubenstein ’10, as well as teacher advisors Justin Petty and Aaron Tague. Brebeuf Jesuit students showed incredible drive in this year’s High School Hustle, generating a total of $43,615.25 in revenue.

Rusty Shirley ’67 joined additional football alumni at the Alumni Football pregame tailgate and football watch party on August 29. Rusty wore his letterman sweater proudly displaying the Undefeated & Untied patch celebrating 1965 and 1966 seasons.

Heather (Clark) Iffert ’83 and John Moorin came in first place in the Professional Masters Division in the 2025 Association of Pickleball Players Chicago Open.

Brig. Gen. Sara (Pollak) Dudley ’94 has assumed command and responsibility as the U.S. Army Recruiting Division commanding general at Fort Knox in Kentucky. Sara is the former U.S. Army Recruiting Command deputy commanding general – operations and has served in the Army for more than 27 years. She attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University, a Master of Arts in Financial Integrity from Case Western Reserve Law School, and a Cryptocurrency certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Annie Sullivan ’06 was surprised by many Brebeuf faculty at her latest book launch, Ghouldilocks and the Three Ghosts. Annie credits many of her former Brebeuf teachers for helping shape her as a writer and a person.

Jay Higgins ’20 signed as an undrafted free agent with the Baltimore Ravens. Higgins' preseason highlights included an interception against the Indianapolis Colts and a strip sack against the Dallas Cowboys.
