Coming in January...
AU Kitchen: Where Flavor Meets Community (January 15)- Dining is more than just a meal; it’s an experience that fosters connection and enjoyment. Families will learn how to help their students manage their meals effectively and explore meal options that suit both lifestyle and preference, empowering students to make the most of what AU Kitchen offers!
Living Learning Communities (LLC) for Rising Sophomores (January 22)- AU Compass is a Living-Learning Community (LLC) for sophomore students to both engage with and explore their academic pathways at AU. Students in their sophomore year of college often encounter many choices that can affect the remainder of their college years, ranging from determining a major or minor to study abroad experiences and social connections. AU Compass prepares and supports students, and creates an environment where students feel at home through informal staff, faculty, and peer interactions, and through immersive experiences that connect the classroom to the student living environment at AU and in the greater DC area. Students participate in guest lectures, off-campus trips, self-inventories, and so much more, helping shape their journey as an Eagle and beyond.
