Call for Applicants – 2026 Professional Standards Committee |
Confidential peer review is a cornerstone of the REALTOR® Community. The Professional Standards Committee is charged with delivering decisions on complaints of unethical conduct and disputes over procuring cause. Ideal candidates for the professional standards committee demonstrate open-mindedness, ability to keep confidential matters confidential, familiarity with the Code of Ethics and state law & regulations, and receptiveness to instruction & training.
There are a limited number of seats available for the 2026 Professional Standards Committee. If you wish to be considered for the 2026 Professional Standards Committee, please review the responsibilities and commitments before completing the .

Secure the Lowest Rate on Your 2026 Membership Dues By Paying Now During Cycle 1 |
All members of Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® will receive their 2026 membership dues notification email today, October 1, 2025 via duesbilling@tcsr.realtor.
The current total for the 2026 Primary REALTOR® membership dues is $578, which covers your membership with Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Members have until November 15, 2025 to pay during Cycle 1.
If a Primary REALTOR® member chooses to remit their dues at a later date, please note the following Cycle options and deadlines:
Cycle 2 (11/16/25 – 12/31/25) – $618
Cycle 3 (1/1/26 – 1/31/26) – $658
Members may choose to pay in full, or via installment plan. Please visit tcsr.realtor/membership/duesbilling2026/ for all REALTOR® membership dues information include a helpful payment chart, and the Tax ID Notice.
Please note that there is no automatic bill pay for membership dues. Beginning today, members can access their dues invoice and pay their dues online via their Secure Member Portal. Once logged in, visit the My Orders tab. where members will find an Unpaid Order for their 2026 Membership Dues titled, “2026 Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® Annual Dues.”
All membership dues (Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®) are NOT refundable or transferrable.

ARS: Complete PA Required Courses & More for License Renewal Through the Association of REALTORS® School |

All Pennsylvania real estate licensees (salesperson, associate broker, broker) must renew their license every two years. The current renewal period ends May 31st, 2026, and while that feels like a long way away, it will be here before we know it. The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires all real estate licensees (including brokers and associate brokers) to complete 14 hours of education each renewal period. The Association of REALTORS® School offer classes in-person, virtually via Zoom, off-site, and online, self-paced modules through LEAP Online.
If your license was issued before December 1, 2023 you are a ‘seasoned’ REALTOR®. To renew your license, you must complete 14 hours of continuing education. The Commission-required hours include: 3 Hours in Agency Relationship & 2 Hours in Fair Housing. Click here for the calendar of upcoming Agency Relationship & Fair Housing classes. If your license was issued on or after December 1, 2023 you are in your FIRST renewal cycle. The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission has developed 14 specific hours of mandatory continuing education for licensees in their first renewal cycle. Licensees can complete this requirement through completing ONE of the following options: (1) Real World Real Estate ($125) This course is 14 hours, taken over the course of 2 days, and only offered in-person. This is the only license renewal education requirement for licensees in their first renewal. Click here for the calendar of upcoming Real World Real Estate classes. (2) PA 14-Hour Real Estate Post-Licensing Course (General and Residential Modules) ($125)
This course is 14 hours, self-paced, and offered through our online partner, LEAP online. Completion of either of these courses is the only license renewal education requirement for licensees in their first renewal.

Don't Forget to Cast Your Vote in the 2026 Board of Directors Election |
Each year, REALTOR® members of Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® are provided the opportunity to cast votes for candidates seeking placement on the Board of Directors. The online polls opened on September 24 via an email notification sent to all REALTOR® members. You can cast your vote at the official voting site: https://vote.associationvoting.com/tcsr/ anytime through October 22nd. Log in using your member credentials, and follow the on-screen prompts to vote for up to two (2) REALTOR® candidates.

SRA: Lansdale Borough to Require
|

Registration of Vacant or Foreclosed Properties |
Lansdale Borough Council recently adopted Ordinance No. 2025-1989, amending the borough’s “Fire Prevention Code.” It establishes a registration requirement for unoccupied properties. Registration in the Unoccupied Property Registry will be required for “any building or structure that for six or more consecutive months is vacant or is not lawfully occupied or used for its accustomed and ordinary purpose.” The ordinance includes residential properties and defines exceptions to the definition of “unoccupied.” The registry takes effect on Jan. 1, 2026, and will be maintained by the borough fire marshal and code department. A separate Ordinance No. 2025-1990 will require the “Registration of Foreclosing Mortgaged Property” by mortgagees that file a foreclosure action.
