From the Ranch House BIG Ranch House News! Reservations for the big pool are no longer required. The Ranch House front door will be open beginning Monday, Jul. 19. The coffee will be ready at 6 a.m. To maintain the safety, and comfort we have enjoyed in the community, we do require wearing of a mask if you are not vaccinated, between the ages of 2-11 or if you feel you may be at risk while in the facility. Please take note of improvements as we work to enhance customer services and let a team member know how we are doing.  RVRMA Board Election  Ballots for the RVRMA Board Election were sent out on Tuesday via e-mail — as allowed by Colorado Law and our RVR By-Laws Election results will be published on July 19. Click here to view election timeline: Concert in RVR Tonight   As many of you may already know, there is a large concert happening this evening on the RVR Golf Course driving range to benefit the ALC Foundation. We would like you all to be aware of the affect this event will have on our community. Here's what you should know: About 2,000 are expected to attend. Concert parking will be available at The Orchard and the middle school (but limited). On street parking in RVR is at the discretion of the Carbondale Police Department. The parking lot of the Ranch House will be for those who are using the facility. Heavy pedestrian and bike traffic across 133 and RVR main entrance. RVR owners who are attending the show should be walking or biking. Remember you can park your bike at the bike station by the Ranch House. Events Annual Meeting The 2021 Annual Meeting of the River Valley Ranch Master Association will be held on Wednesday, Jul. 21.  The Annual Meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m., following the Executive Board's regularly scheduled July meeting.  Refreshments will be served. Now that we are up and running again, we ask that anyone who has borrowed any items from the Ranch House to please return them. We will also discuss weed issues on common areas. RVR Tennis Kid's Summer Tennis Camps  There is still space available in our Kid's Summer Tennis camps in July!
