The Housing Equality Center, in collaboration with the Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership and the Health, Education and Legal Assistance Project of Widener University School of Law, has produced a new tenant self-help manual for renters in PA. This comprehensive guide covers fair housing rights and PA landlord tenant law and includes practical guidance for self-advocacy, sample letters to landlords for a variety of situations and a statewide list of resources for tenants.

The Housing Authority of the County of Chester (HACC) currently has a Housing Locator Program that works with low income families to locate safe and affordable housing in Chester County. To further this program's success HACC is searching for qualified REALTORS to assist with finding rental properties for the program's participants. Click here to learn more.
