CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: NSC PILOT AWARDS

The UAB Nathan Shock Center in the Basic Biology of Aging is soliciting pilot project research proposals (applications due on October 25, 2021) for investigators with a research focus on the mechanistic hallmarks and/or energetics of aging and having the goal of future funding from the NIH/NIA. The Research Development Core (RDC) will provide up to $25,000/award.

Interested applicants are strongly encouraged to contact the UAB Nathan Shock Center RDC at CAS-nscgrants@uab.edu as a first step toward preparing an application, and before submitting it.
