What started as a summer Discovery trip became a formative experience in one Valor student's life and faith.

Final Explore Valor Open House

If you or someone you know is considering sending a student to Valor in 2019, attending the open house on Wednesday, October 3 is a great way to see current students, teachers, and coaches in action.

Parent volunteers are also needed to help welcome and direct prospective families.

Location Change for Picking Up Student Athletes

Due to the Explore Valor Open House on Wednesday, October 3, pickup for all after school sports that day will be in the parking lot to the east side of the stadium (Junior lot). Thank you for your cooperation!

Participate in Offline October

This year, our students have been engaging in discussions about responsible social media use. We are encouraging families to carry on this practice at home by participating in Offline October. Just set aside any amount of time that your family will spend together in the absence of devices. Then, send us your ideas or tell us what you did!

PSAT Testing October 10 - All Students

Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will be taking the PSAT on Wednesday, October 10. Students are required to arrive at the normal start time of 7:40 am and bring a calculator and #2 pencils, while snacks and water are encouraged. Testing will conclude at 11:30 am and students will be dismissed for fall break.

Seniors are encouraged to use this day to visit colleges, work on college applications, or do anything else productive and beneficial for their future!

Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy

Freshmen interested in student leadership can now apply for Valor's chapter of the Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy, a national program focused on impact through action. Valor will be accepting 30 freshmen who are committed to engaging in monthly labs that focus on critical leadership skills. Apply online before Monday, October 1.
