We are thrilled to announce that Ali Anderson and her husband Jeff have welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Frances Bea Anderson, affectionately known as "Franny," on March 4 at 12:06 a.m. We are overjoyed for the growing family and wish them all the best as they embark on this exciting new chapter of their lives.
A heartfelt thank you to the Naughty Knitters Knitting Club for the gorgeous pink blanket that baby Franny is snuggled in, in the photo.

Twenty Second Amendment to the
RVRMA Design Guidelines |
At February's board meeting the RVRMA Board of Directors had the chance to review a draft version of the Twenty Second Amendment to the RVRMA Design Guidelines. The draft Amendment is the result of an almost yearlong effort, focusing largely on fire defensiveness and waterwise landscaping. The amendment also allows for more contemporary interpretations of the guidelines including reasonable and modest changes in keeping with the architectural fabric that has been established in the neighborhood.
There were slight edits made to the document since the February Board Meeting, and it is now available for viewing. Click here to read an Executive Summary along with the latest draft version of the Twenty Second Amendment to the RVR Design Guidelines. As is typical with any amendments made to the RVR Design Guidelines, the document will be posted for a minimum of thirty days before the RVR Board votes to approve it. Final Board vote and approval will potentially occur at the April board meeting.
Have feedback you would like to share? Click here for the Feedback Form to submit your comments. The draft Amendment will be a topic for discussion at the March board meeting, if feedback is submitted prior to the March meeting, the board will have an opportunity to view it before their discussion.

The recent warm weather has us itching for tennis! Maintenance teams will start preparing the courts as soon as the weather permits. They will work hard during favorable conditions, but cold or wet weather may slow down progress. Additionally, overnight freezing temperatures can also cause delays. We’ll provide updates through the weekly news as the courts become available.

Read more about our unique clay courts below:
RVR clay courts are beloved by the community and we boast one of the finest tennis facilities in the valley. The preparation of the five Har-Tru clay courts is a delicate job and requires a lot of work from RVR crews to get them ready for opening day. Crews are often met with cold and wet weather roadblocks that put a halt to their efforts. Reconditioning of the clay courts after winter months includes five segments: cleaning, leveling, top dressing, rolling and laying lines.
Click here to learn more about the details of these five steps and how the process unfolds.
We thank you for your patience while we work hard to get the courts in perfect shape for our members and guests!

| With the arrival of spring conditions and the melting snow, we're noticing an increase in dog waste around the community.
Remember, poop bags are provided in RVR year-round at the regularly serviced waste stations. Please be a good neighbor and dog owner and scoop the poop!
And don’t forget — Carbondale’s leash laws apply in RVR.
