Save the Date: Empower Your Research Pitch Finale and Impact Reception Wednesday, April 15, 5-7:30 p.m., Etter-Harbin Alumni Center
Join us in celebrating graduate student research and impact with the finalists of the Empower Your Research Pitch competition and a poster session highlighting the work graduate students do through the Graduate Archer Fellowship Program, The CONNECT Program, PhD Pathways and Reimagining Professional Development. Appetizers, wine, beer and nonalcoholic drinks will be served.
Finale judges will choose three pitch winners, each will win $1,000. The audience will select the audience choice award.

Creating Your Career Compass Friday, April 3, 1-2:30 p.m., FAC 2.134 Conference Room
In this interactive workshop, graduate students and postdocs will identify the skills, interests and values that motivate their job search, and reflect on the bigger mission behind their work. By the end of the session, you’ll have a personalized “career compass” to guide your decisions and next steps. Lunch provided to attendees.
