VETERANS DAY
Tomorrow is Veterans Day! The UO continues to offer our student veterans resources on campus such as an exclusive space in the Student Veterans Center and helpful guidance from Peer Advisors for Veteran Education (PAVE).

Grab a snack and watch a free movie with peers. Ducks After Dark will play Black Widow tomorrow, Nov. 11, 7:15–10:30 p.m. in the EMU Redwood Auditorium.
UOPD is recognizing Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week with an online screening of "The Invisible Class", featuring the movie's director, on Nov. 16 at 3 p.m. UO students can register to attend for free. UOPD will also host a “Fill the Duck Truck” food donation event on Nov. 18.
Explore science careers and get advice from a panel of professionals during the virtual Onward Career Tours event Friday, Nov. 19, noon–1:00 p.m.
Attend the performance of Charles Dickens' Classic, A Christmas Carol, opening Friday, Nov. 19, 7:30 p.m. at the Robinson Theatre. Free UO student tickets at the door only.

Learn about LGBTQIA+ experiences and how to break down common myths about sex at the LGBTQIA+ Sex and Sexuality workshop Wednesday, Nov. 17, 3:00 p.m. on Zoom.
Attend the free Women's Bike Maintenance Night to get comfortable in the shop and with general bike maintenance Wednesday, Nov. 17, 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the EMU, Room 008.
Students can get free, confidential one-on-one consultations with a University Counseling Services counselor virtually through Let's Talk.
Learn how to manage stress and determine what self-care works best for you at the Stress Management in College workshop Tuesday, Nov. 16, 3:00–4:00 p.m. at the Duck Nest.
Practice mindfulness through movement and stillness at the Roving Meditation session Tuesday, Nov. 16, 5:00–5:30 p.m. at the Duck Nest.
Identify triggers and work on personalized management techniques at the Stress and Anxiety Management workshop Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2:00–2:50 p.m. at the Duck Nest.
