Crafting a Competitive Fulbright ETA Application
Fulbright ETAs work in elementary schools, secondary schools, or universities in over 75 countries. Juniors, graduating seniors, graduate students, and alumni are encouraged to attend. Applicants do not have to be pursuing careers in education. Fulbright seeks qualified U.S. citizens from all disciplines and majors. Register.

The National Council of Jewish Women/ Los Angeles (NCJW/LA) Scholarships- Deadline: April 9! The NCJW/LA Scholarship Program is designed to ease the financial burden of people who are trying to better their lives through education in the aftermath of trauma, loss and other setbacks. Their recipients have ranged from survivors of domestic violence to single fathers to first generation college students. Interested applicants must live and attend school in the Greater Los Angeles area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and Ventura Counties. Applicants do not have to be Jewish to apply
EchoingGreen Fellowship- Deadline: April 20! We discover emerging social entrepreneurs and invest deeply in the growth of their ideas and leadership. Through our full-time Fellowship, we find people working on a plan to make the world better in a big way. Then we help them become impactful leaders by connecting them with the tools, resources, and communities they need to bring their ideas to life. Fellows receive a stipend of up to $80,000 over 18 months.
**NEW AWARD** Samvid Scholars- Deadline: April 20! Established in 2021 by Samvid Ventures to invest in the graduate education of future leaders who are committed to effecting positive change in society. Samvid Ventures will provide up to $100K in tuition support for students in graduate schools across the United States. Scholars will empower future leaders and changemakers by providing financial support for graduate study as well as leadership training. Scholars receive up to $50K for tuition and fees each year for two years of study in a graduate program. Scholars will be invited to an Annual Retreat with leadership training and networking opportunities. The program will offer professional development support and mentoring beyond the two years of tuition funding.
Nobel Week Dialogue: An EF and The Forum Scholarship Program- Deadline: May 5. Fueled by a common belief that in order to change the world you need to experience it, this is a first-of-its-kind, high-impact student scholarship program, in collaboration with EF’s educational partner the Nobel Prize Museum. This interdisciplinary program, which combines an online project-based course, an international field study in Sweden, and attendance at the 2021 Nobel Week Dialogue, is dedicated to including students from diverse backgrounds. Future leaders from all over the world are invited to apply. Selected applicants must be available to travel to Stockholm, Sweden, from December 5-11, 2021.
Rotary Peace Fellowships- Deadline: May 31. The Rotary Peace Fellowship is designed for leaders with work experience in peace and development. Our fellows are committed to community and international service and the pursuit of peace. Each year, The Rotary Foundation awards up to 50 fellowships for master’s degrees and 80 for certificate studies at premier universities. Fellowships cover tuition and fees, room and board, round-trip transportation, and all internship and field-study expenses.

Black Voices in the Public Sphere Fellowship- Deadline: April 30! Boston Review is now accepting applications for the Black Voices in the Public Sphere Fellowship, designed to prepare and support the next generation of Black journalists, editors, and publishers. The fellowship is a full-time position running from September 2021 through May 2022. Fellows will receive a $4,000 monthly stipend.

2021 PIMCO Black Scholarship- Deadline: May 2. PIMCO Black is excited to announce our inaugural PIMCO Black Scholarship of up to $20,000, created to encourage Black and/or African American students who have an interest in investment management to pursue their goals through continued education. Scholarship recipients will be selected from an application pool of Pre-MBA, Pre- Master's and current PHD applicants. Scholarship awards will be based on each candidate’s ability to demonstrate diversity and inclusion leadership, financial need, and exhibit PIMCO core values- collaboration, openness, excellence, responsibility.

Thermo Scientific Pierce Scholarship Award- Deadline: May 5. Scholarships of up to $10,000 were created to help provide educational opportunities for the future generation of scientists. have a declared major of biology, chemistry, biochemistry or a related life science field.
Nurse Corps Scholarship Program- Deadline: May 6. Nurse Corps provides scholarships to nursing students in exchange for a minimum two-year full-time service commitment (or part-time equivalent), at an eligible health care facility with a critical shortage of nurses.
National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Scholarship- Deadline: May 11. The NHSC Scholarship Program provides scholarships to health profession students pursuing careers as primary care providers in exchange for their commitment to serve in high-need, underserved communities. The scholarship includes tax-free payment of tuition, required fees, other reasonable educational costs, and a taxable monthly living stipend. After completion of graduation/training, recipients fulfill their service commitment at one of more than 16,000 NHSC-approved sites throughout the nation and its territories. Each scholar serves for a minimum of two years and receives one year of financial support (up to four years) for each year of service at an NHSC-approved site found on the Health Workforce Connector. Open to both enrolled and accepted for enrollment as a full-time medical student for fall 2021.
