Center for Intercultural Life Orientation and Dinner |
The Carolyn Barber Pierre Center for Intercultural Life (CIL) invites students and families to attend our Orientation Welcome Dinner during Move-In. This event is designed to highlight the support systems and resources available through the Center and around campus, with a particular focus on students of color, LGBTQIA+ students, and other historically underrepresented communities at Tulane. While the CIL’s work is rooted in serving these communities, all students who are interested in learning more about our mission, services, and opportunities for connection are welcome to attend.
The CIL Orientation Welcome Dinner is an opportunity to meet campus administrators and staff from the Center for Intercultural Life, learn about programs and initiatives, and start building a network of support that will help students thrive throughout their Tulane experience. The program, which includes dinner, is 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the Qatar Ballroom, 212 Lavin-Bernick Center, on each of the Move-In Days: Sunday, August 10, 2025; Monday, August 11, 2025; and Tuesday, August 12, 2025. RSVP for one of the events.
Learn more about the Carolyn Barber Pierre Center for International Life at intercultural.tulane.edu and follow our Instagram page @tulanecil. If you have any questions, please email intercultural@tulane.edu.
