We sometimes take for granted the blessing of intercessory prayer.  We know God hears and uses our prayers. But there are women in the Central Mississippi Correctional Facility who have never known that kind of support.  Kairos Team 37 is busy training and preparing to hold a three-day event October 4th through the 7th. Their goal is to create and sustain a strong, supportive Christian community within the prison.  Marilyn Katz, representing Kairos #37, asks each of us to CLICK ON THIS PRAYER VIGIL SIGN-UP SHEET; choose a 30-minute time slot, and commit to praying for these women!  The team will create an actual prayer "chain" that the inmates will be able to look at anytime of the day or night and know that someone cares enough to be praying for them at that moment.
