WeCOPE is an interactive program that helps adults cope with life stress and has been shown to reduce stress and depression, increase positive affect, and improve health behaviors.
Join this weekly series to strengthen your ability to cope with life's challenging times and stressors by connecting with positive emotions–even during periods of difficulty. You'll also learn 11 practical self-care and healthy coping skills that you can use in daily life.
