The New CCM Building: A Gateway to Champlain and a Hub for Innovation
Champlain College was included in the 2016 edition of the Princeton Review's annual college guide. "The Best 380 Colleges,published Aug. 4. "We are very pleased that The Princeton Review and other publications continue to include Champlain College as one of the top colleges in the nation," noted Catherine O'Rourke, Vice President of Enrollment Management.
Champlain College has been named the #1 "Most Innovative School" in the North in U.S. News and World Report's "America's Best Colleges" 2016 ranking released earlier this month. The College held steady at #14 in the overall list of "Best Regional Colleges in the North." Read more here.

The second annual Sarah Ramsey Strong 5K honors the memory of alumna Sarah Elizabeth Ramsey ’12. Proceeds from the race will benefit the Sarah Ramsey '12 Strong Fund at Champlain College. 
The 5K Run will be along the Burlington Bike Path, starting at Champlain College’s Lakeside Campus, extending to the Burlington Sailing Center, and back to Lakeside. The race will be followed by an after party at Arts Riot.

Jeremy MacKenzie is a Champlain College student who turned to his art, wood scrollwork, after being incarcerated at the Lee Adjustment Center in Beattyville, Kentucky.  MacKenzie drew the "blueprints" for the intricate carvings he planned to create upon his release. 
MacKenzie's Wood Scrollwork and Blueprints will be on display at the Flynn Center until November 28, 2015. 
The Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD) and the Vermont Department of Labor are partnering with businesses, the Vermont Recruiters’ Association, chambers of commerce, higher education institutions, alumni networks, and others who have agreed to spread the word that Vermont has great jobs
The campaign is designed to attract professionals from out of state, keep recent graduates in-state, and make sure others know about the tremendous opportunities here in Vermont, all the while providing easy-to-access online job search tools for in-state job seekers here and elsewhere. Joining Armenians all over the world, Champlain Theatre will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and also celebrate the future of this enduring culture. Experience a dramatic stage reading of Dana Walrath's novel Like Water on Stone, a finalist for the First Vermont Book Award, while enjoying Armenian music, dance and traditional cuisine.
The performance will be held Saturday, Oct. 3, at 7:30 p.m. in Alumni Auditorium.
Admission is free; donations to support COAF-Children of Armenia Fund are welcome
