3,500 West Michigan Employees Strong + Major New Headquarter Investment

Perrigo chooses downtown Grand Rapids over Florida and Chicago for their new North American headquarters. The company will invest $44.7M and add 170 jobs, further solidifying their commitment to West Michigan. This video shares renderings, project impact and new product potential of this center of excellence for Perrigo and the region.
Ron Janish, Perrigo
"Perrigo is proud of our deep roots in West Michigan and our unwavering commitment to the surrounding communities where our team members live and work. The Allegan campus continues to serve as our North American Base of Operations and is by far the Company’s largest manufacturing network, serving as a nerve center for critical teams such Quality, R&D, Environmental Health & Safety, Consumer Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and many more. Perrigo team members number more than 3,500 strong in Allegan and Holland alone and we are currently recruiting for talent at our Allegan campus.

The expansion in Grand Rapids will help raise Perrigo’s visibility as a consumer self-care company, attract even more great talent and alleviate future space constraints due to the continued growth at our Allegan location. Also, by being part of MSU’s Grand Rapids Innovation Park, Perrigo will be able to leverage the expertise of leaders in self-care research and innovation as we develop new products and bring our self-care vision to life for residents in West Michigan and around the world."

Chief Transformation Officer
