If you are unable to join us for the picnic due to your current hospital shift,
in lieu of carts for large order pickups, please fill out the following form
and a boxed, labeled meal will be delivered to you!
ORDER BOXED MEAL
MENU 
BBQ Chicken, Sliced Brisket, Smoked Mushrooms (vegetarian option),
Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Potato Buns, Pickles, Onions, BBQ Sauce,
Kettle Chips, Blue Bell Ice Cream Cups, Water, and Tea
