Brock Chisholm, the first Director General of the World Health Organization, once stated: "To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism, and religious dogmas." One shudders to imagine how Dr. Chisholm, a psychiatrist, would propose to “remove from the minds of men” such fundamentals as our individualism and loyalty to our families, countries and faith. Regardless, his aim was clear: “to achieve world government.” Was this the original intent of the WHO?
- This treaty represents a threat to national sovereignty by placing an unelected, unaccountable globalist organization at the helm of international health care policy and implementation, “Recognizing that the World Health Organization is the directing and coordinating authority on international health work . . .” (Introduction, page 5, emphasis added).
- The Treaty requires nations to “prevent misinformation [and] disinformation.” (Introduction, page 6). Misinformation and disinformation are any information that differs from the official WHO narrative. How may these voices be prevented except by surveillance and censorship
- This surveillance will be paired with international, interoperable Digital IDs, the framework for which is set forth in the Amended International Health Regulations (Article 35; Annex 6) – thus setting up a global biotech surveillance police state that could track citizens under the pretext of global health.
- The One Health Approach, “recognizing that the health of people is interconnected with animal health and the environment” (Article 5), can lead to surveillance and control of virtually every aspect of life on earth. An article in The Lancet, entitled, “One Health: a call for ecological equity,” stated: “The consequences of this thinking entail a subtle but quite revolutionary shift of perspective: all life is equal, and of equal concern.” Are human lives really “equal and of equal concern” to the lives of cockroaches or crabgrass?
- The Treaty fast tracks the approval of vaccines and other medications, potentially short-circuiting important safety protocols. (Article 8).
- Perhaps most chilling, the PABS system (Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing System) requires nations to share deadly pathogens with the WHO. (Article 12). This system will concentrate all the world’s most deadly pathogens into the compromised, conflicted hands of unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats under the heavy influence of the Chinese Communist Party and the pharmaceutical industry. The WHO will then farm them out to labs all over the world, presumably to develop vaccines. What could possibly go wrong? This system will significantly escalate the chances of lab leaks and bio-terrorist attacks. These in turn will greatly increase the profits of the pharmaceutical industry and will give governments so inclined the pretext to keep people under lockdown and deprive them of their constitutional rights.
Even though the U.S. has withdrawn from the WHO, it will still be affected by the Pandemic Treaty – especially the constant stream of lab leaks that will likely result from the PABS system. Pandemics know no borders.
The Pandemic Treaty is dangerous on numerous fronts, and we need to continue to expose and oppose it, internationally. The Pandemic Treaty is not a done deal. It can still be stopped, if we act quickly. Even though the Treaty was adopted on May 20, 2025, it will not be open for signature until after the Annex articulating the details of the PABS system is also adopted – probably at the World Health Assembly in May of 2026.
Other nations should see the withdrawal of the U.S. from the WHO as a clarion call and consider taking similar action. We need a consortium of free nations collaborating to address global health concerns, without the interference of the irredeemably corrupt World Health Organization.
