This Sunday is World Communion Sunday.

Please give generously to October's Communion Offering to support STOP HUNGER NOW, whose goal is to get food and life-saving aid to the world’s most vulnerable people.
29 cents packs a meal of rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables and a packet containing 23 essential vitamins and minerals. Our Packaging Event on Sunday, October 9th, from 4:00 - 6:00 pm will be great fun, and all ages are welcome to help us meet our goal of packing 20,000 meals to share with people in need!

Join us tonight for Dinner at 5:30 pm!

Menu: Cheesy chicken penne, lima beans, salad, roll, fruit, dessert. Kids Option: Pizza.
($7 for adults, $4 for children, with a $23 family maximum.)

Programs for children, youth and adults begin at 6:15 pm.

Beacon's Brunch
October's Brunch will be just a little different- this month, you do not need to prepare anything! Just come and enjoy the morning and the precious time we have together to get to know each other better. We'll provide enough to share with everyone, so please plan to join us in The Garden on Wednesday, October 5th, at 10:00 am.

His Kitchen is ready to take orders for pick up NEXT MONDAY, October 3rd.

Save the Date! Remember what a joy it was to celebrate worship with our friends from Anderson United Methodist Church last April? Mark your calendars for our next opportunity for joint worship: Wednesday, November 16th. This time, they would like to host us at their church. We'll eat, sing, and pray together - you don't want to miss it! We encourage ALL of you to be there!

Monthly Breakfast Program
Join us at 7:30 am this Sunday morning, (October 2nd), and the first Sunday of every month, for our Monthly Men's Breakfast program in The Garden.

On this day, churches around the world will come to the Table of the Lord as an expression of their Oneness in Jesus Christ.

A quick dinner break for our hardworking Bunk Bed Blitzers! Last Sunday, they sanded, stained, and prepared 12 sets of bunk beds - 24 more children are about to have a clean and comfortable place to sleep!
