VEGAN RECIPE OF THE WEEK!
Almost Instant Peanut Sauce

makes 1 cup

Ingredients
½ cup smooth peanut butter
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
¼ cup brown rice syrup
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)


Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and whisk well. Serve as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, over noodles, whatever you like!

2. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
