Election Ends Nov. 6Tuesday, Nov. 6 is the last day to vote. One initiative on the ballot for Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District taxpayers is 6G, which is a proposed mill levy increase. Please see the link below for information about the mill levy.

Veterans Day Ceremony
Date: Monday, Nov. 12
Time: 9:15 a.m.
Location: Veterans Monument in Community Park (corner of Sangre de Cristo and Crestone Mountain)
Join us in celebrating our veterans with a ceremony at the Veterans Monument. This is a joint event with Shaffer Elementary. There will be coffee and refreshments. The event is sponsored by Autoworks Colorado and the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District.

The draft budgets for the Master Association and Metropolitan District are linked below. The Boards will be discussing budgets at a Joint Study Session on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 6 p.m. at the Ranch House. The Master Association Board is planning to adopt its budget at a Board meeting at approximately 7 p.m. following the Joint Study Session.

Cub Scout Food DriveKen-Caryl Cub Scout Pack 742 and the AdenBell Group are partnering again to gather food for the 9 Cares Colorado Shares Food Drive. All Valley residents should receive a flyer and a donation bag at their home the weekend of Nov. 10. The Cub Scouts will return to your front porch on Saturday, Nov. 17 to pick up your donation of non-perishable food and baby-care items. Please place your donation outside by 9 a.m. If you miss the donation pickup time, there will be a donation drop box at the Community Center through Monday, Nov. 19.
