Greetings Oconto County 4-H Families,
As we turn the page on a brand-new year, I hope each of you had a chance to enjoy some rest, laughter, and meaningful time with family and friends over the holiday break enjoying all the things that bring you cheer. This season always feels like a fresh start—and in 4-H, that fresh start comes with so many exciting opportunities ahead!
This month’s newsletter is packed with ways for our youth members to explore their sparks, try something new, and dive deeper into the interests that light them up. Whether it’s hands-on projects, leadership experiences, or simply connecting with friends who share similar passions, there truly is something for everyone in Oconto County 4-H. I encourage families to take a few minutes together to look through what’s coming up—you never know which opportunity might turn into a new favorite or even a lifelong interest.
I also want to share a heartfelt thank you to our incredible 4-H families, volunteers, and youth. Your energy, creativity, and commitment make Oconto County 4-H such a special place to learn and grow. I’m feeling very optimistic about the year ahead and can’t wait to see where our members’ curiosity and enthusiasm take them in 2026.
Here’s to a year of growth, discovery, and fun—let’s make it a great one together!
Warmly,
Aimee Elkins
