About FGH
Vanderbilt’s Friends in Global Health (FGH) is the implementing partner for the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) program operating in 10 of 22 districts of the Zambézia Province, Mozambique.
Since 2007, FGH has been registered with the Mozambican government for the implementation of CDC/PEPFAR-funded HIV care and treatment programs. The FGH team works closely with Ministry of Health officials at national, provincial, and district levels to provide technical assistance for the implementation of sustainable models of community and facility-based services that cover the full spectrum of the HIV response.
