UO EVENTS
  • Stop by the Spring Carnival for inflatables, games, prizes and food tomorrow, April 29, 1:00–5:00 p.m. on the EMU Green. Event is free for all students with UO IDs. 
  • Join the sixth annual live storytelling Intertwined event Tuesday and Wednesday, May 3 and 4, 7:30–9:00 p.m. in the Global Scholars Hall Great Room. This year's theme is “Lost and Found.”
  • Participate in the Totem Pole Journey, an Indigenous-led environmental project with events focused on art, science, ancestral knowledge and cross-cultural collaboration May 5–7.
NOTEWORTHY
  • In preparation for ASUO Street Faire, 13th Avenue will be closed May 3–6 and bike racks will be temporarily removed.
  • May is mental health month! Learn to recognize and help a friend who may be struggling with mental health through Kognito's virtual mental health training module. 
  • The Office of the Dean of Students is offering the Cannabis Use Diagnostic Inventory Test, an anonymous eight-question screener for students curious about their cannabis use.
TALKS AND WORKSHOPS
  • Learn from a panel of representatives as they discuss How Policy and Enforcement Shape Unsheltered Homelessness tomorrow, April 29,12:15–1:45 p.m. at the Knight Law Center, Room 110.
  • Join the social and supportive Bi and Beyond discussion group to explore and celebrate identities with other students tomorrow, April 29, 3:00–4:00 p.m. in EMU 022.
