Discover the magic of New Orleans with Beyond the Bubble!
Ready to burst the Tulane bubble and dive headfirst into the vibrant culture of New Orleans? Look no further! We invite you to attend a series of off-campus trips available exclusively to first-year students. We have some fun experiences planned for the remainder of the semester, beginning with a trip to Music Box Village:

From artist residencies and performances to exploration and education, the site pushes boundaries and is inspired by the music, culture, and people of our city. The market will feature local vendors with food, vintage clothes, and more!

Looking for a new connection on campus? Want to make a new friend with similar interests? Sign up for Future Friends!
|
Facilitated by the Office of First-Year Experience, Future Friends is a friendship matchmaking service available to all students. During each semester, students will fill out a short survey with their interests and be matched with another student who could be a “future friend.” Pairs of students will be encouraged to connect with each other after being introduced via a matching email. More information about the matching process can be found here!
All students will receive a weekly email offering suggestions for activities to do with their potential new friends and check-in questions, as needed. Additionally, there will be a select number of events hosted throughout the year for Future Friends participants!
