Faculty/PI Dashboard Now Available in FinHub

Faculty, Principal Investigators (PIs), and Co-PIs can now access reports for all awards and projects they are associated with, providing a centralized view of their research funding. All provisioned dashboard users received an email on Friday with more details and login instructions.

We encourage users to attend the "Faculty/PI Dashboard Introductory Kickoff" session on Monday, November 3 from 10-11am via Zoom (no registration required). Additional workshops will be announced soon.

Beginning this month, campus departmental journals submitted to Data Control are now due 3 business days from the last day of the month at noon, and central office journals submitted in Oracle Financials Cloud are now due on the last business day of the month by 5pm. BFS has created a “General Ledger Monthly Schedule” Google Calendar to reference monthly deadlines for this fiscal year.

Now Available: Virtual FinHub Training

In response to campus feedback, the Office of Financial Training has added six virtual FinHub training sessions during the month of November. These classes provide in-depth instructions to help users understand and navigate the new report areas in FinHub.

This new webpage provides several on-demand resources to assist dashboard users with working in the new reporting tool.
