Take multiple meds? Don't forget to do this!
Be sure to give your primary care provider (PCP) a list of everything you take, including over-the-counter medications, vitamins and supplements. If you see multiple providers, it's important for a single provider (usually your PCP) to serve as your medication manager. This person will make sure your medications are safe to take together and advise you about possible unwanted side effects. Staff at the MNPS Health Care Centers and our Kroger Pharmacy in the Employee Wellness Center are always available to help answer your medication questions.
