It's time for the annual Forum Health Survey!

Look for an email on January 8th containing a link to the survey, which will be open from January 8th - 17th. It will only take 5 minutes to complete.

We’re targeting 100% participation! If your Forum has 75% participation, you will receive your Forum’s results, as well as the overall chapter results. Please encourage your Forum members to complete the survey as soon as it is received.

Your forum is also welcome to join us at the upcoming Forum Health & Tools Meeting!

You'll receive your Forum’s results and see how your Forum’s experience compares to the rest of the chapter.
