Pink proxy slips were mailed to all residents in December. The proxies serve to establish quorum (simple majority) at the Master Association's Annual Meeting on March 3. Residents need to sign and return a proxy slip because 2,341 signed proxies are required to hold the Annual Meeting. If you return your proxy no later than 5 p.m. March 3, you will be entered into a drawing for one free month of dues. As of Jan. 26, the Ranch House had received 1,240 proxies. You can drop off the proxy at the Ranch House or mail it to KCRMA, 7676 S. Continental Divide Road, Littleton, CO 80127. You can also fax it to 303-972-1272 or scan and email the form to annettec@kcranch.org. Proxy forms are available at the Ranch House or you can download a copy.

Please give some thought to serving your community by becoming a member of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Board of Directors. Two seats on the MA Board will be on the ballot for the election in March. The MA Board meets the first and third Tuesday of each month in the evening at the Ranch House.
