The ASRS Wants Your Feedback...
One of the Arizona Retirement System's goals is for members and employers to receive timely and accurate service that results in high levels of customer satisfaction. To that end, the ASRS has begun to send surveys to our employers just as we have been doing for members after we respond to their secure message.
The email from the ASRS will have a subject line of "The ASRS wants your feedback". There will be a link in the email that will take you to our survey page where you can tell us whether or not we resolved your inquiry to your satisfaction. The survey also allows you to provide additional comments about your experience with the ASRS.
The Employer Relations Team strives to give you the information and assistance you need as efficiently, completely, and as accurately as possible. Your feedback allows us an opportunity to review our processes and improve the service we provide to our employers.
