Redesigned Webpage for Members

After spending some time updating the Employer Supplemental Savings webpage, we've now finished updating the Member Supplemental Saving's page.

With this update, the information on these two pages is much more coordinated and much more clear. We outline what plans are available to members based on who their employer is, the role extra savings can play in retirement, and where to go for more information.

If you have employees asking about savings account options, make sure to include our new Supplemental Savings page as one of their options!

Our Next Educational Opportunity for Employers

With Employer Conference season over, the Employer Relations Team has set its sights on another round of Employer Basics. Nearly half of this year’s Employer Conference attendees indicated in their registration that they had been in their positions for less than four years, and 66% of this group had been in their positions for less than two years. This is the audience we will be targeting with next year’s Basics offerings. We revamped the format of Basics in 2022 with a Basics Plus edition specifically for those who handle Health Insurance Premium Benefits and Long Term Disability. For 2023, we plan to further revamp Basics in response to employer feedback by providing standalone training on specific topics. Keep an eye out for announcements and emails for Employer Basics webinars to be held in First Quarter of 2023!
