RCLC celebrates 25 years of impact in South Bend |
For 25 years, the Robinson Community Learning Center (RCLC) has been a powerful example of what’s possible when Notre Dame and its neighbors work side by side. Founded in 2001 in partnership with South Bend’s Northeast Neighborhood, the RCLC provides educational programs for all ages, from early childhood through adult learning, reaching more than 2,000 learners each year through tutoring, enrichment, the arts, and community-based initiatives. This milestone story reflects on the Center’s origins and the relationships that built it, highlights its impact today across generations, and looks ahead to how the RCLC will continue strengthening the neighborhood and the broader region for years to come.
