Career Series for Sophomores
Exploring majors and careers?  Searching for an internship?  Looking for interview tips?  This series offers sessions throughout fall and spring covering key topics: career planning, choosing a major, resume writing, professional communication, internship search, interviewing and networking.  Led by Career Center advisors and student career fellows, the interactive sessions are scheduled day and night, in the residence halls and in Dowling Hall, and will always include food!

Choosing a Major
One of the most important decisions that you face as a sophomore is choosing a major and confirming that this major is a good choice for you. We encourage you to speak with your academic advisor, seek out faculty and student advice, and check out the careers and majors sections of our website.

Internships
A well-rounded education today includes not only challenging academics but also real world experience. Both paid and unpaid internships are available on a part-time and full-time basis.
