In a significant response to urgent climate-related threats, a new international center headquartered at the Georgia Aquarium, in partnership with Georgia Tech and endorsed by the U.N. Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development, will support versatile, collaborative solutions to improve the health of the world’s oceans.

| The passage of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act is a massive investment — $1.2 trillion — in the nation’s physical infrastructure systems. Georgia Tech civil engineer Iris Tien says it’s also a long-term investment in communities.
