Dear Student Affairs colleagues,
Can you believe it’s already August? It was wonderful to see so many of you at our divisional kick-off on August 1. It was a great reminder of my “why’s”—our team and our students!
Move-in is right around the corner and is one of the most exciting times of the year. It simply wouldn’t happen without your commitment and presence. Thank you for helping create a welcoming and supportive environment for our community. As you complete your volunteer shifts during our Move-in Days, I hope you take a moment to connect with students and their families and welcome them home!
Looking ahead, please mark your calendars for our Divisional Meeting in Risa Commons, Wednesday, September 10 from 8:30–9:30 a.m. Light refreshments will be available at 8 a.m.
Thank you for all you’ve done already—and will continue to do—to support our students. I’m excited about a year of growth, innovation and meaningful connection across our division.
