Our Next Consumer Newsletter - Thurs. Aug. 6th

This goes to 60,000 subscribers. Be sure to add your events, wine specials, virtual tastings, vineyard hikes...classes, yoga, etc - to our website.
LODGINGS - be sure to add any special offers you have or staycation promotions for locals. We will do a big push in this newsletter for lodgings. Please upload detail by this Friday (July 31).

Curbside is still going strong

Make sure our Car Hop Wine Shop page has you listed if you are offering this service. This is the link to review our listing. Let me know (beth@wineroad.com)  if you need to be added or removed. We are about to do another big digital campaign to promote curbside.

Tasting Rooms Are Open...we're trying to get that message out.

We have created a collection of 20-second videos, which we will be sharing on all platforms. We will have a 1/2 page ad in the SF Chronicle on Aug. 2nd to promote "we're open". We have reached out to dozens of press asking for their help, either via their own social platforms or some type of article.  Its the first thing you see on our home page.

Winery Reservation Links

If you haven't gone onto WineRoad.com and added your reservation link, please do. We have added a button on our winery listings that will link visitors directly to your Reservation Page. YOU need to log onto WineRoad.com, then fill in the box for Reservations with the landing page you want people to see. If you need visitors to "call for reservations" link to the page on your website with that information.
Our home page now states clearly that reservations are required.

Yearly Assessments were mailed a couple of weeks ago. If you need the forms, they can be downloaded here: Wineries   Lodgings

Due to the current financial situation facing all of us, the Board of Directors has approved the options of members making two payments this year, Aug. 1st and Dec. 1st. Details are on the forms.  BIG THANKS to everyone that already renewed! Sincerely appreciated.
