Population Health Management is the official journal for the Population Health Alliance with David Nash, MD MBA serving as Editor in Chief. PHA Advancing NDPPTM

On October 29th, PHA officially launched an initial campaign to support member and constituency organizations in adopting the standards set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP). We call on the entire population health community to pledge their intention to advance Diabetes prevention and look forward to supporting efforts along the way.
