We are so proud of all the great work you have done this semester! From designing and executing stellar events to cultivating spaces that help students feel connected to the Tufts community. The work that you do is so important!
As we begin to wrap up the semester, OCL wanted to send some important information, deadlines, and reminders your way. 
Student Organization Award Nominations
Let's celebrate your organization's accomplishments! The Tufts Community Union Judiciary Board is accepting nominations for the annual student organization awards at https://go.tufts.edu/2026orgawards until April 8th. The annual Student Organization Award Ceremony will take place in April. Check out award information and updates here.

Important Spring Dates & Deadlines
  • Friday, April 10th: Last day to submit TCU Treasury Application for Use of the Credit Card form
  • Monday, April 13th: Last day to submit an event registration form for any spring events or travel
  • Friday, April 10th: Last day to make space reservations in ReserveTufts. Reservation must be placed by 4:00pm. Student Organizations will lose access to the system after this deadline. 
  • Monday, April 27th: Last day to submit all other TCU Treasury forms
    • General reimbursement will not be processed for forms submitted after Monday, April 27th 
  • Monday, April 27th: Last day to host any student organization events or meetings
Highlight Your Org on OCL's Instagram!
We are excited to announce a new initiative to celebrate and showcase student organizations across campus! Starting this month, we'll be creating monthly photo collage reels to highlight the events, achievements, and memorable moments from all our student organizations.
