In the coming weeks, Tulane will consolidate its event and virtual event management systems into a unified process to streamline the management of event spaces across our campuses. Campus Services has partnered with Information Technology to complete this transition by Thursday, July 27, 2023. Your support in communicating this change to your department will be critical to the success of this enhancement.
Please expect email updates from Campus Services and Information Technology on migration downtime, user impact, and system tutorials and trainings. To learn more about Tulane’s enhanced event management system (EMS), visit the Tulane Event Services website.
