- Thursday, August 10 after 5 p.m.: Phones will be down for the evening and will be back up on Friday morning.
- Friday, August 11 after 5 p.m.: Loan commitment system will be unavailable for the weekend. Failure to log out of the commitment system before 5 p.m. on Friday may result in data not being saved. The system will be back up by 10 a.m. on Monday, August 14.
