The next morning, take a scenic domestic flight with Nature Air to the Osa Peninsula. It is here, in the most majestic part of the country, that your exciting retreat begins. Follow a daily mix of energetic yoga sessions and a variety of hikes and activities that will introduce you to the beauty and diversity of this lush rainforest. Afternoons are left open for you to lounge around or continue exploring on your own. Finish the day with a gentle yoga sunset practice to restore inner peace to your body, mind and spirit. You can also choose from a variety of exciting optional tours such as kayaking on the surrounding lagoon, horseback riding at sunset, waterfall rappelling, zip lining through the jungle canopy, and our favourite, a boat tour on the Golfo Dulce to spot wild dolphins!  YOUR ACCOMMODATION & FOOD At the foot of the majestic Corcovado National Park is LagunaVista Villas, a stunning oceanfront ecolodge nestled between the warm Pacific Ocean and lush primary rainforest.
